After the grand success of Palace on
Wheels and huge demand for luxurious and royal journey, the Government of
Rajasthan is introducing Royal Rajasthan on Wheels or Palace on Wheels 2 ,
an epitome of luxury , royalty, pleasure, wonder and so on. It is the latest
version of Palace on Wheels with better facilities. The new version of the
Palace on Wheels will cover these destinations Delhi, Jaipur,
Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Chittaurgarh, Bharatpur and Agra.
Tourists will be taken through a charismatic train tour of 8 days.
Excellent royal facilities have been
provided on Royal Rajasthan on Wheels. There are super deluxe coach and
deluxe coach.
The super deluxe coach will have two Suites with a capacity of 4 persons.
Spacious sitting area with dressing table, luggage rack, a spacious bath
room with shower and bath tub are also provided. The coach has a common
lounge. There is Internet wi fi facility and each coach with an
attendant round the clock.
Deluxe coach will have 3 double bedded cabins with a capacity of 6 pax.
Each cabin will have double beds, seating area, dressing table, luggage rack
with spacious bathroom.
There are two resto lounge bar with capacity of 120 pax. There is a spa cum
gym to provide the ultimate relaxation to the tourists.

Day 1 - New Delhi
The capital of India, a blend of history and modernity,- is the Delhi. This
city is spotted with many historical wonders, modern architecture, tempting
markets and huge parks. A cosmopolitan city with people from different
background and culture and definitely of different taste buds have made the
city a lovely place. Royal Rajasthan starts its journey from Delhi
16:00 hrs : Traditional welcome at Safdarjung railway station and
check in at railway station.
18.30 hrs: Departure for Jaipur.
20:00 hrs: Dinner at board
Day 2 - Jaipur
Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan is the gate way of the exotic land. This
place is famous for its Mughal and Rajput architecture. Interesting places
in the city includes Amber fort & palace, Hawa Mahal, Birla Temple, City
Palace Museum. Rajasthani handicraft, jewellery, and Rajasthani fabric etc.

Day 3 - Bikaner
In the north west of the Rajasthan, Bikaner is famous for Junagarh Fort,
Anup Mahal, Ganga Niwas and Rang Mahal or Palace of Pleasure. Thousands of
tourists every year come to this desert land to feel the rich culture and
tradition of Rajasthan.
07.00 hrs: Arrive at Bikaner and break your fast on the board.
08.30 hrs: Departure for sight seeing including, Junagarh, City walk
(Kotwali, Heritage Havelies).
13.30 hrs: Lavish lunch at Lalgarh Palace
16.30 hrs: Departure for Camel Research Farm
18.00 hrs: Departure for Karni Mata Temple

22.30 hrs: Departure for Jaisalmer
Day 4 Jaisalmer
Jaisalmer, the city of the desert lovers, is called the yellow city for its
yellow sand stone buildings. The camel ride on the Thar desert of Jaisalmer
is an incomparable adventure. It is the paragon of colourful culture and
harsh climatic condition. Together, these two leave a lasting impression on
the travellers.
05.00 hrs: Arrive in Jaisalmer.
07.30 hrs. Breakfast on train with yummy meal.
9.30 hrs: Departure by coach for sight seeing of Fort and Havelies.
13.00 hrs: Lunch and rest on the board.
16.00 hrs: Departure for Khuri sand dunes and Camel ride.

Day 5 - Jodhpur (Mehrangarh Fort)
The city of Jodhpur stands on the edge of the Thar desert. It is a very
unique city with a mixture of tradition and modernity. Mehrangarh Fort of
the Jodhpur is one of the famous forts. It is an army and an airforce
station also. Jodhpur boast for its 1st class polo ground.
07.30 hrs : Check in at Jodhpur and breakfast on the board.
08.30 hrs: Departure for sight seeing of Meharangarh Fort and
Jaswant Thada.
13.00 hrs: Lunch at "Ummaid Bhawan Palace"

Day 6 - Udaipur / Chittaurgarh
Udaipur is called the Venice of the East for its enchanting lakes. It is
the most romantic city of the Rajasthan with its magnificient fort,
beautiful garden and mesmerizing Lake Palace. Udaipur is famous for its
miniature painting.

Day 7 - Bharatpur / Agra ( Bird
Sanctuary Park, Taj Mahal in Agra)
Bharatpur is famous for its Keoladeo Ghana National Park. Some of the
tourists spots here are Bharatpur Palace, Govt. Museum, Ganga Temple, Laxman
Temple, Lohangarh Fort or the Iron Fort.
One of the seven wonders of the world Taj Mahal draw innumerable tourists
everyday in Agra.
